Flowscreed Industrial Top
A single component, quick drying, cement based screed for levelling floors. Flowscreed Industrial Top can be laid at thicknesses up to 20mm, with a minimum of 7mm when pumped or 4mm when laid by hand.
Flowscreed Industrial Top is ideal for fast track refurbishment and new construction in factories, workshops, warehouse etc., where there is a demand for a smooth surface. In areas of light foot traffic Flowscreed Industrial Top may be used alone or with a seal coat.
In heavy traffic areas, the Flowscreed Industrial Top should be used in combination with a resin topping to provide greater resistance to wear.
