Frioul Bistro de Luxe

The hospitality group Utopia has applied ultra-hygienic flooring at its new homegrown-concept restaurant, Frioul Bistro de Luxe at Souk Madinat Jumeirah.

The restaurant reflects influences from the South of France, drawing particular inspiration from the Frioul islands located off the coast of Marseilles.

In order to create a state of the art kitchen befitting of the luxurious eatery, Utopia recognised that the use of high-quality materials was a necessity.

With that in mind the resin flooring specialists were called in to supply 400sqm of its ultra hygienic floor finish, Flowfresh MF, for the back of house kitchen areas and cold stores.

The system, which contains the silver-ion based antimicrobial agent Polygiene®, is perfect for use in storage areas and dry processing zones subject to medium duty foot traffic.

Flowfresh MF delivers a smooth, matt coloured floor finish, which is joint-free and easily cleaned. Coved skirting was also applied to further enhance the ease of cleaning and maintenance.
